Some Economic Aspects of the Apple Industry in Nova Scotia

A book by Willard V. Longley published in 1934 by the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture as Bulletin No. 113, based on Longley's 1931 PhD thesis for the University of Minnesota.
The book is mainly an economic study of warehouse operation and apple exports but it contains good descriptions of the structure, dimensions and functions of typical apple warehouses, as well as a useful map of the warehouses along the DAR.
