What are the buildings in the background and what are those stands beside the cars for? Steve Meredith
The silver building is W.J. Burrell's Machine Shop and foundry at 133 River Street. It was a longlasting Kentville business dating back to the late 1800s as John Lloyd's Foundry and Machine Shop. Not sure what the standpipes are. Dan Conlin
