HM Hospital Ship St George. (Description supplied with photograph.) Possibly the St George that Cammell Laird in Birkenhead built in 1906 for the Great Western Railway. That St George was sold to Canadian Pacific in 1913, requisitioned in 1917 and sold to the Great Eastern Railway in 1919.
The vessel, in a different paint scheme, is shown on the Marine Atlantic website at: https://www.marineatlantic.ca/journey/ss-st-george. The copyright status of that photo is unknown.
