Summary
DAR staff in the General Manager's office of the Kentville Station, taken by Lynn Pulsifer on the occasion of Eric Purcell’s retirement, in 1986 or 87.
Description by Lynn Pulsifer:
"In this photo was Earl MacMichael, Mr Purcell and George Mott (back row)
Mrs Purcell, Ralph Evans, and Marjorie Mott."
Note the much-remembered general manager's fire place on the left. The CPR Superintendent at the time of the station demolition in 1990, B. D. Wilson, had dismantled and shipped to Montreal.[1] and the framed photograph of a dayliner, now part of Cyril White's collection.[2]
