Summary
Construction train with ballast dump cars, probably during the construction of the Weston Subdivision, the North Mountain Line, circa 1913. The 0-4-0 pannier tank locomotives are likely from the Kirk and Cook Construction Company, the contractors who built the North Mountain Line and owned two Vulcan 0-4-0T locomotives.[1] Station under construction is likely the Weston Station, Somerset Station or Woodville Station.
