Original file (783 × 626 pixels, file size: 258 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)
Taken from the top of the enginehouse and looking south to the WCR station in the background. The station platform has been extended all the way to the enginehouse which is no longer being used. The Digby Station Restaurant can be seen between the enginehouse and the station.[1] Also visible is box car No. 1281 at the left close to the post office. The photo was published in the Boston Globe in 1911 with a caption about American tourists visiting Digby, indicating a circa 1910 date.[2]
