Berwick Station with the Pleasant Valley apple warehouse in the background, in winter 1916 or 1917. Date has been identified as the Winter of 1917 with people are waiting for Nova Scotia's 85th Battalion or February 1916 during the recruitment of the Highland Brigade which involved a special recruitment train that toured the valley.
