Perhaps a note could be added at the top of Jim Simmon's article referring readers to other pages for history prior to 1900.

The controversy and disagreements between the Windsor & Annapolis Railway and the Western Counties Railway over the operations of the Windsor Branch deserve treatment on the wiki. The short histories of the W&A and WCR both mention the hassles, but only a mention. Maybe that is sufficient regarding the commercial struggle between the companies. Maybe add a reference to the Woodworth book for more details?

Also we could add a short history of the efforts of Joe Howe and his associates to get the Nova Scotia Railway Windsor Branch built. I suppose I could do a small piece of text for the Nova Scotia Railway Windsor Branch up to the 1894 merger. --Sarah Taylor 19:59, 15 October 2019 (ADT)
