1910 Nova Scotia Chapter 135 - An Act to amend an Act Respecting the Dominion Atlantic Railway Company
An Act was approved by the Nova Scotia legislature on April 22nd 1910 for the Nova Scotia Province that made an adjustment in the wording of another act passed the same day (Chapter 134 Acts of 1910) regarding a government guarantee of a debenture issue by the Dominion Atlantic Railway. At the time of this government guarantee, the Dominion Atlantic Railway was beginning construction of the North Mountain Line (The Weston Subdivision).

CHAPTER 135.
An Act to amend an Act Respecting the Dominion Atlantic Railway Company.
(Passed the 22nd day of April, A. D., 1910.)
Section 1. Chapter 134, Acts of 1910, amended.
Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:—
[Chapter 134, Acts of 1910, amended.]
1. An Act of this present session entitled “An Act respecting the Dominion Atlantic Railway Company,” is amended by stricking out from section one of said Act all the words after the word “interest” in said section, and substituting therefor the words “of such second debenture stock of the Dominion Atlantic Railway Company, not exceeding in the aggregate one hundred and ninety thousand pounds as is now unissued or shall hereafter be reissued,” and also by striking out the word “unissued” from section two of said Act.
