1904 Nova Scotia Chapter 137 - An Act to amend Chapter 130 of the Acts of 1902, entitled, "An Act to incorporate the North Mountain Railway Company, Limited.”
An Act was approved by the Nova Scotia legislature on March 3rd 1904 to amend the incorporation of the North Mountain Railway Company Chapter 130 of the Acts of 1902. The amendment gave the company more time to commence construction. The original incorporation required the company to begin “effective work” by March 27, 1904. This current amendment gave another two years of time, to March 27, 1906.

An Act to amend Chapter 130 of the Acts of 1902, entitled, "An Act to incorporate the North Mountain Railway Company, Limited.”
(Passed the 3rd day of March, A. D, 1904.)
Section 1. Section 33, Chapter 130, Acts of 1902, amended.
Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:
1. Section 33 of chapter 130 of the Acts of 1902, entitled, “An Act to incorporate the North Mountain Railway Company, Limited,” is amended by striking out the word “two” in the second line of said section and substituting therefor the word “four.”
