Operations have already begun. Mr. Frazer, an expert in the manufacture of this new spray material, has already installed five plants, Nova Scotia being the last, to complete the chain of Lime-Sulphur factories from the Pacific to the Atlantic Coast. The Nigara Spray Company have secured the services of Mr. Frazer to make next year's output. The plant will cost about $15,000.
