A colourized postcard from the Nova Scotia Museum, History Collection, showing the DAR's Flying Bluenose, Train No. 124, approaching Grand Pre just to the west of Grand Pre Station, circa 1910, based on the publication date between January 1910 and January 1911 indicated by the publication number 105,640 of Valentines and Son[1], spotted in the lower right corner by Kings County Museum volunteer Chris Gertridge.[2] . Note the white fence around the Grand Pre Memorial Park.
