The original photograph belonged to Paul Cleveland of Yarmouth. The Dufferin Hotel is to the far right. Photo is between 1805 when the hotel burned and 1881 when the station was constructed. An article in the ''Halifax Chronicle Herald'' by H. B. Jefferson identified the locomotive as [[DAR0012|Windsor & Annapolis No. 10, later DAR No. 12]] and gives the date as 1891.<ref>[[H. B.
