Kennetcook is located amidst the productive farmland of the Kennetcook River Valley and once boasted several sawmills. It was also home until 1963 of the last covered bridge in Nova Scotia. The DAR's Midland Line ran right through the village beside the river.

Description & History

Kennetcook is located amidst the productive farmland of the Kennetcook River Valley and once boasted several sawmills. It was also home until 1963 of the last covered bridge in Nova Scotia. The DAR's Midland Line ran right through the village beside the river.
