Dominion Atlantic Railway Steam Locomotive No. 1067
Wheel Arrangement: 4-6-0
Built Schenectady Locomotive Works, Schenectady, New York in October 1912.
- Builder No. 52104
- 21" x 28" cylinders
- 63" drivers.
- Engine and tender wheelbase length: 55' 1"
- Engine to tender length over couplers: 65 3"
- CPR Class: D10k
It was transferred to the DAR in April 1954, returned to the CPR in 1958 and scrapped in 1959.
According to John Hutchins (3) he informs that "the reason 1067 was constructed by Alco/Schenectady is because it was built for U.S. service principally on CPR Vermont and Maine lines."
This then was probably true for the other Schenectady Locomotives No. 1077 & No. 1079 in the same series that ran on the DAR.
