Nothing is known about this photo. Date, location, photographer and the event would all like to be discovered.
I think it is on the CVR based on the light rail, basic roadbed and the look of the right of way, but that is just an impression. Dan Conlin 20:37, 30 September 2008 (MDT)
Even stranger is that I don't believe this is the No. 11 as the loco in the other photo of No. 11 Image:Dar0011a.jpg.
