Dominion Atlantic Railway Diesel Locomotive No. 8137

The original builder's plate obtained in 1984 from No. 8137 before it's conversion to No. 1246 SW1200 RSu.

Built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division as SW1200RS, Serial No. A 1737, No. 8137 in April of 1959. 8137 was the last SW1200RS painted in its original livery on the DAR. It was repainted in the action red livery and overhauled in Montreal in the summer of 1977.[1] Rebuilt by CP as SW1200RSu No. 1246 in 1984. Converted to slug No. 1021 in 1996. Retired 11/2012.[2]
