Weston was the terminus of the North Mountain Line and was built with basic terminal facilities like a wye, engine house and water tank. The Weston Station also served as a dwelling for the section foreman, Norman Dorey, his wife and three childen. After the line closed in 1961, the Somerset and Weston stations were purchased by Charles Adams of Berwick who demolished the Weston station for building materials.(1)
