The MV Kipawo off shore from what could be Wolfville or even Windsor. Note the Red Ensign off the rear mast, what might be the DAR flag on the main-mast and what could be a "Y" pennant (British Naval System WWII era) on the fore-mast. This also could be a photo of her serving in Conception Bay, Newfoundland during WWII. This would explain the unknown cityscape and the WWII British Naval System "Y" pennant that indicates she is in Yard service as she was tending anti-submarine nets.
