Nothing is known about this photo. Date, location, photographer and the event would all like to be discovered.

Even stranger is that I don't believe this is the No. 11 as the loco in the other photo of No. 11 Image:Dar0011a.jpg.
I agree it's not the same locomotive. I counted the rivets around the boiler door. They are not equal. The pilot on one has vertical bars and on the other horizontal bars. - Stem 11:39, 19 June 2009 (MDT)
