Built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division as SW1200RS, Serial No. A 1737, No. 8137 in 1959. Rebuilt by CP as SW1200RSu No. 1246 in 1984.

CPR8133 & CPR8137 leave Halifax Ocean Terminals westbound in January 1973.
No 8137 and No. 8139 with eastbound freight at Rockingham in June 1973.
CP SW1200RS No. 8137 with RS23 and H24 Trainmaster at Cote St. Luc in Montreal in May 1974.
