Brass SW1200RS

If it's smaller than a bread box then it belongs in here. Post comments, stories, photos and whatever else seems appropriate for a model railway forum.

Ran across this offer to sell an SW1200RS from the Brass Collectors page on Facebook.

Wow. Now there's one that is sooooo close to a D.A.R. number you might get away with it without even changing the number for your D.A.R. layout.

The thing about Overland is that there models look very nice, but they are poor runners. To get them to run well, you either need to be a skilled repair person, or be prepared to pay someone who can upgrade the drives. I recommend giving this one a pass and waiting for the Rapido model.
