3D printed "Nova Scotia" business car in HO scale

If it's smaller than a bread box then it belongs in here. Post comments, stories, photos and whatever else seems appropriate for a model railway forum.

I stumbled on this too. Looking pretty good. I like idea of sharing your model design work for something unique.

Imagine if we could 3D CAD all the stations and rolling stock we now have photos of! Come to think of it, a lot of them have already been started by Paul on the digital DAR route as outside shells and could be further worked in CAD to add detail.

It is said that a lot of paperwork whcih included engineering was cleaned out of Kentville before the building was demolished. Has that ollection so to speak ever landed or been been made available to anyone?

I took a look at the Shapeways website for the Nova Scotia car. Pretty pricey once everything is added up.
I've heard there was a ton of documents in the old Kentville Station, but most of them were apparently deep in the attic. I am note sure how much really got retrieved.

I heard "they" retrieved the documents before they filled in the hole CPR buried them in. It's gone into the land of urban legends.

Noca Scotia Historical Society? Maybe Bill Linley knows... ??
