The first shot is another RDC through Cornwallis in the spring of 1980. Saturday afternoon, heard the crossing bells, grabbed my camera and ran to a window, just time to point and shoot!

Found these while looking for something else!
The first shot is another RDC through Cornwallis in the spring of 1980. Saturday afternoon, heard the crossing bells, grabbed my camera and ran to a window, just time to point and shoot!
Second shot is CPR 1303 lettered as "Dominion Atlantic Micmac", wintering behind the Museum of Science and Technology in Ottawa ON in March 1980.

Cool stuff. I spent Sunday night in Kennetcook, thinking about the mixed train and 1303. I showed my gf the viewing platform at Maitland and the Princeport Rd station.

Last I heard 1303 is in excursion service on the South Simcoe Railway during the summer month.
